网上查了一下，说这个是windows的错误报告，并通过网上的信息提示，做了如下的尝试：

     a、把"Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Action Center"下的“check for solutions to problem reports”改成off

     b、把 gpedit.msc里的windows error reporting下的disable windows error reporting设置成enalbe

     c、进入services.msc，把windows error reporting的服务给禁用了
